About Good Boost:

Good Boost is a UK social enterprise providing AI-powered therapeutic exercise and self-management technology for people living with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and long-term health conditions. Our mission is to make effective, evidence-based rehabilitation accessible to everyone in their local community, helping more people move well, manage pain, and stay independent.

We work in partnership with leisure and community venues, swimming pools, health systems, and care providers, delivering our programmes designed for use in swimming pools, studios, gym floor, libraries, care homes are more. Each participant receives a personalised programme tailored to their condition, ability, and goals, with exercises that adapt over time as they progress, all delivered in supportive group settings without the need for a one-to-one therapist present.

Good Boost is built on a strong clinical and academic foundation. We had 5 research publications to date, and our largest study involved over 4,400 participants, demonstrating meaningful improvements in pain, physical function, condition symptom management and mental health & wellbeing. We hold MHRA Class 1 Medical Device registration and ORCHA medical-app certification, NHS digital technology assessment certification and our technology has recommended by NICE’s Early Value Assessment, giving venues and health partners confidence in both safety and clinical value.

Beyond health outcomes, Good Boost delivers measurable social value for the communities our partners serve, supporting inclusive participation, tackling health inequalities, and helping leisure facilities extend their role as genuine community health assets. Our engaging, gamified sessions, including interactive pool-based experiences, are designed to keep participants motivated and coming back.

For leisure operators, Good Boost offers a proven way to open pools and facilities to new audiences, generate additional income, and strengthen relationships with local health services and referral pathways.
