With over 20 years of experience, Grace has made significant contributions to population health, working to transform how we approach wellness through technology-driven solutions and strategic partnerships.

Grace’s career highlights include spending 12 years at Apple, where she led Health & Fitness Initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA), promoting employee health and well-being through cutting-edge programs. She later spearheaded Apple’s Health and Fitness Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships in the region.

Most recently, Grace served as CEO of EXI, a MedTech company focused on using exercise as a tool for improving health outcomes, particularly for those with sedentary lifestyles and chronic conditions. Her leadership in this space helped build partnerships that merged medicine and technology, offering revolutionary approaches to population health.

Grace’s influence doesn’t stop there—she serves on the boards of organizations like the US Physical Activity Alliance and Europe Active, working to shape global health policies and promote physical activity worldwide.

With a background in business, public health, and fitness, Grace holds an Executive MBA, a Master’s degree in Public Health and Epidemiology, and a BSc in Health, Fitness, and Physiology. She continues to drive positive change in the industry through continuous learning and mentorship.
