1. Sustainable Project/Initiative of the Year in the Leisure, Health and Fitness Industry
This award highlights members who have made significant efforts in promoting eco-friendly and socially responsible practices in the industry. We are looking for innovative projects that:
- Reduce environmental footprints through energy efficiency or waste reduction
- Implement sustainable/renewable energy technologies
- Engage with members in sustainability-related activities
Whether you’ve developed a ground breaking sustainability initiative or taken small but impactful steps, we want to celebrate your efforts!
2. Community Engagement Initiative of the Year in the Leisure, Health and Fitness Industry
This award shines a light on those who have gone above and beyond to engage their local communities in physical activity programs. Eligible initiatives could include:
- Minority group outreach programs
- Active ageing or youth club activities
- Programs targeting schools or other community-based organizations
We’re excited to see how our members have brought people together to promote fitness and well-being in their communities.
Both awards are open to all Ireland Active members, and we encourage you to submit your entries by Friday, 11th of October. Showcase your achievements, innovations, and best practices over the past two years.
