We’re thrilled to officially kick off the countdown to National Fitness Day 2024! As we gear up for the big day on September 23rd, we invite everyone across Ireland to join us in celebrating this year’s theme: Accessibility for All – Sustainability Focused. This year’s event promises to be more impactful than ever, with a focus on making fitness inclusive and promoting sustainable practices in our gyms and leisure centres.

Why National Fitness Day Matters:

National Fitness Day is more than just a day to get moving—it’s a nationwide celebration of the importance of physical activity for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone just starting their fitness journey, this day is about coming together to celebrate health, well-being, and community.

This year, we’re shining a spotlight on two crucial aspects of fitness: accessibility and sustainability. We believe that fitness should be available to everyone, regardless of physical ability, and that our fitness practices should contribute to a healthier planet. On September 23rd, facilities across Ireland are encouraged to open doors to the public, offering a range of free activities, classes, and demonstrations designed to get people moving and thinking about how we can all make a difference.
