Ireland Active is delighted to launch Active Spaces, a brand-new video series highlighting the facilities, staff, and communities that make up Ireland’s leisure, health, and fitness industry.

Episode 1 takes us to Athlone Regional Sports Centre (Co. Westmeath), winners of the 2024 Community Project/Initiative Award. During our visit, we met Liam Cunningham, General Manager, who shared how the centre continues to create positive impacts for its members and the wider community through health, fitness, and award-winning initiatives.
