SOMA The Pilates Collective
SOMA The Pilates Collective is a new Pilates studio opening in Limerick in September 2026, and we’re currently building our founding team of instructors.
Located within the wider AS FITNESS wellness facility in Ballysimon, SOMA will offer high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates in a welcoming, professional and contemporary studio environment.
We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable and personable Pilates instructors who would like to become part of SOMA from the beginning.
THE ROLES
We are currently recruiting:
Reformer Pilates Instructors
Mat Pilates Instructors
These are freelance instructor positions, with opportunities for regular weekly classes as well as additional cover.
We are particularly interested in instructors who would like to establish a consistent teaching schedule and grow with the studio.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’d love to hear from instructors who:
- Hold a recognised Pilates qualification relevant to the classes they wish to teach.
- Have a strong understanding of movement, technique and safe exercise progression.
- Can confidently coach and communicate with clients of different abilities and experience levels.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming and positive class environment.
- Are professional, reliable and passionate about delivering a high standard of coaching.
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to the culture of a studio.
Previous teaching experience is an advantage, but we are also very happy to hear from newly qualified instructors who demonstrate excellent coaching ability, professionalism and enthusiasm.

SOMA The Pilates Collective is built around a simple idea:

Our aim is to create a Pilates studio that feels welcoming rather than intimidating, while maintaining an exceptionally high standard of coaching.
SOMA will form part of an established wellness facility alongside AS FITNESS, The Hot Rooms and Pure Physiotherapy, creating a multidisciplinary environment centred around movement, strength and long-term health.
